The second thing is measuring patient satisfaction in real time. Real-time satisfaction measurement is critical in order to address any concerns or patient feedback in real time.

The third component is leveraging the patient insights. Is it surgery scheduling, is it pre-op, is it post-op? Where are those challenges, and how quickly am I getting that information in order to make those changes inside the ASC?
